Coastal VAs provided training support for my role as Social Media Coordinator at The Antiques Centre York – one of the largest antiques centres in the north of England.
They are complete experts in this field and MORE. Rather than just do everything for us and send us a bill, Coastal VAs instead produced a strategy and training plan for us so that I could develop my skills and learn to do everything myself.
The whole process has been outstanding. Each training parcel has been delivered in video form, each of which I can save and refer back to. The quality is excellent – each lesson has been delivered at the right pace, with the right amount of information, in a clear form, at the right time and all in the right order. In addition, we speak regularly and they check in on our progress to see how we’re doing, tell us what we’re doing well, and where we can improve things.
The result? Our goal was to double our level of likes, shares, re-posts, re-tweets and SALES over the course of 2014. If I tell you that we’re nearly there and have 5 months to run, you’ll see that Coastal VA have been excellent for my employer’s business.
Moreover for me personally, I’ve learnt some really useful skills that I will benefit from in my future career.
